Delete your account
Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone.
Request deletion
Email support@voxapp.ai from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us which sign-in method you used, Apple or Google, so we can find the right record.
We verify the request comes from the account holder, then delete within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Your email address and name
- The prompts you have written and the photos you have uploaded
- Every video generated for you
- Your app state, settings, and push notification token
What we keep, and why
- Transaction records. Purchase and refund records are kept where tax and accounting law requires it. These are financial records, not content.
- Aggregated analytics. Usage counts that are no longer linked to you and cannot be traced back to you.
Two things deletion does not do
It does not cancel your subscription. Apple bills subscriptions, so cancel on your device first: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Video AI, Cancel Subscription. Deleting your account while a subscription is active will not stop the charges.
It does not revoke your sign-in provider. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove Video AI under Settings, your name, Sign in with Apple. For Google, use your Google Account's third-party access settings.
